Accommodation Rates are inclusive of:
•Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out).

•Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available as long as the Villa does not have quests arrinving on that day.
•Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charge at 50% of the full nightly rate.
• Every room is based upon 2 persons. Extra guests will be charged at $50 USD per person per night.

Reservation Guarantee, Cancellation & No Show Policy

•All reservations must be confirms with a 50% deposit within 7 days after booking is confirmed.
• Final payment is required 61 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
